World's Ugliest Tie????

So I don't know what the deal is with guys when they are on their missions and they like to collect ugly ties... but Spencer decided he needed to wear this beauty on Sunday and I gave it two thumbs down. Not sure I have ever seen a more ugly tie... yes? No?
